Complicated and Disappointing. Complicated because Elite Flooring DO NOT list prices on products. Complicated because our design consultant would not tell us what our budget was. The best information given us was "this area is good, this area better, this area best" accurately stated, cheap, moderate, expensive. IF our designer (Tiffany) would have told me from the start our contractor barely provided for the "cheap" I would have spared myself looking at the moderate area only to learn I was thousands over budget!!! Not to mention the 5 trips back to the store to start over. AND STILL WAS NOT GIVEN PRICES OR MY BUDGET. Ultimately selected from cheap area. ( and still had to pay for upgrades) Disappointing because I live in an expensive home ($620,000. before upgrades) with cheap flooring, tile. MOST DISAPPOINTING because of TERRIBLE INSTALLATION!! Wood floors ( 1200 sf) significant buckling in three areas. Squeaks in other areas. Tile work is a hot mess... see pics. CHEAP grout, cracking began within weeks. Every PROFESSIONAL uses an epoxy grout with tile. The counter tops are fine .. although the seal/grout work a mess. The approx cost of service was my upgrade costs. ( i still have no idea what my budget was..) Disappointing because store management is apparently satisfied with quality of installation. Elite Flooring installers are incompetent. see pictures

Elite floor coverings ia a great company to work with. The owner Todd is extremely knowledgeable in the flooring industry. He is always on time to his appointments and has a extremely wide varity of hardwoods. Laminit. Tile and hardwoods to choose from. We hired Elite floor coverings for carpet in our home. They were perfect pricing and installation was fast easy and very inexpensive. A few weeks after my carpet purchase i also went back and purchased some tile for my 3 bathrooms and laundry room. My tile arrived perfectly and on time. I look forward to working with Elite Floor Coverings Inc again in the future.

Two technicians are out for the hardwood flooring and one technician was out to lay the tile.  Nick did the tiling and he did a great job. He was a very hard worker. The guys who are doing the hardwood floors sound like hard workers as well. They were great with cleaning up after the tiling job and no damage has been done to the home. They showed up as scheduled.

We were referred to Elite Flooring by Dan Schultz of Big Sky Construction to help us with flooring and tile and paint selections. Interior designer, Cheryl, was a tremendous help throughout the process. Cheryl truly knows design and had fantastic suggestions for a beautiful hand-scraped hardwood floor in our kitchen and family room, paint selections inside and out of our home, kitchen and powder room back splashes, tile around both of our fireplaces, new vinyl in our laundry room and carpet choices.
She came to the house and took pictures enableing her to preselect some choices for us. During that delightful visit, she was accompanied by an associate Bruce who measured the dimensions for carpet ordering. I was questioning Bruce as to what I should use to clean our new hardwood floor and he said he would send me a kit the manufacturer makes for that purpose. Less than 24 hours later an awesome floor care kit arrived via Fed Ex, complete with an aluminum telescoping pole, a full 20and quot; velcro dusting pad, another pad for cleaning, a spray bottle of cleaner solution and another bottle of concentrate to make another full gallon of cleaner!
Being our first remodel, Cheryl took all of the stress out of the many choices we had to make. She patiently and cheerfully answered all of our questions and showed us how and why a particular tile combination and pattern matched our granite and which tile for our fireplace surrounds complimented both the flooring and the entire rooms. She had an extensive selection of carpet and helped us make a choice that is both beautiful and should last many, many years. She even had suggestions for a vinyl selection to help make our small laundry room look larger!
Cheryl was a pleasure to work with and an invaluable aid in helping us realize our dreams and we love watching people's jaws drop when they see our and quot;showcaseand quot; home!

An addendum: None of the above would have come to fruition without the services of Angie's List. Not only was the quality amazing, the value/price was unbeatable. Preparing for and cleaning up from service was minimal. In comparison with other bids, no one could compete.

WONDERFUL, THE WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT. I HAD ONE PROBLEM THEY DIDN'T REALIZE, MY BAR HAD A REFRIGERATOR AND WHEN THEY TURN OFF THE POWER IT LEAKED ONTO THE HARDWOOD. THEY CAUGHT IT AND FIXED IT WITH NO PROBLEMS.

THE COMPANY WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND HELPFUL. THEY SEEMED TO KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT AND DOING. VERY EASY GOING PEOPLE AND VERY EASY TO TALK TO.
