Great work. Mr. Eldridge fixed our problem.

He pulled it out, assessed the requirements, and fixed it. Took care of a few things I didn't know were broken. (Pulley that controls door opening tension). Quick, professional, and his knowledge inspired confidence that the problem is at last solved.

Quickly assessed problems, and fixed it. Gave me recommendations for how to use the dishwasher to keep it in good condition.

They were quicker to come, they came in a timely manner, and they completed the job, but I thought the amount we were charged for the time spent was a little bit high.

Vent would not stay up behind stove. He replaced circuit board. He had the right part with him and knew exactly what to do. Expensive, but honest and the job was done right. Dishwasher knob was also not working right. He said it probably needed replacement. He did not have that part but made a repair with no guarantees and so far the dishwasher is working fine.

Their work was okay but they were quite expensive. I don't feel they stand behind the services they provided as much as they should have.

Don came to our house exactly at the time he said he would. He had the correct parts and installed them efficiently and correctly. We had to replace the magnetron in our microwave the and glass for our oven door. He was extremely pleasant and personable. His price was very fair and the quality of his work was excellent. He cleaned up very well after he completed the service and even answered a question about our ice maker that saved us a lot of money. I would highly recommend him to any one requiring service for their appliances.

Everything went very well. Don was able to come within two days of being contacted. He showed up on time and fixed the problem. We have used him for appliance repairs for at least 10 years and we have always found him to be very honest and effective.

$225. (includes tax) for initial fix. $86. for second trip a couple weeks later which was a diagnostic. Had to buy new fridge.

I use them all the time because I am a property manager. I have 60 properties and if I have an electrical or an appliance issue I call them. I keep e-mailing them several work orders a day and I can’t remember which one exactly was the last one. Since I am keep using them, they are doing a good job. They are very professional and always respond to my work request immediately and as a property manager that is what I need in a contractor. They are very fair on their pricing. If I use somebody they have to be good and fair on their pricing.

He is phenomenal. He didn't even charge us for the work. He was so over the top fabulous. I have never worked with a repairman as professional, nice, thorough, reasonably priced, totally ethical and timely. He is everything you could want in an appliance repair person.

I told my property manager not to use this company, which is owned by her husband. They proceeded to do the work even though I did not authorize it. At this point they deducted money from my reserve account. he filed a false claim stating he did the work and cashed the check even though the work was never started. I have a 3rd party as well stating the work was never done.

I CALLED THE APPLIANCE REPAIR SHOP AND THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT. THEY CLEANED OUT THE FILTER (I WAS EMBARRASSED) AND TOLD ME THAT IT HAD SOME FOOD BLOCKING IT. THEY ONLY CHARGED ME THE SERVICE CALL.

MR. ELDRIDGE AND HIS SON HAVE REPAIRED MY KITCHEN APPLIANCES ON MANY OCCASIONS. I HAVE FOUND THEM TO BE VERY TRUSTWORTHY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ALL BRANDS OF APPLIANCES.

DON ELDRIDGE IS PROMPT AND FRIENDLY. HE IS A REAL EXPERT AT FIXING APPLIANCES. HE IS ALWAYS QUICK TO FIND THE PROBLEM AND DOESN'T DO ANY UNNECESSARY WORK.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND WORKED VERY EFFICIENT DUE TO TIME SCHEDULE. THEY SEEMED VERY EXPERIENCED AND KNEW EXACTLY WHAT NEEDED TO DONE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO FIX ANY APPLIANCE DUE TO KNOWLEDGE.
