General Remodeling
Started out on a good note, Never received a Bid in writing. Tear off was fine but when it came down to finishing did not show for two days all though I waited and re-phoned. Martin Osuna, owner, said Would be there in an hour, and never show up, two days in a row. I was upset. This past Friday evening it leaked again. I landed up fixing it myself verses dealing with them. In addition, they did not even finish caulking or removing materials from the job site. You gave them a GRADE A on your website. I would give them GRADE F.
