First off, the company called 20 seconds after pressing for Angie's List service...WOW. Cody and Mike were professional, courteous, nice, and knowledgeable. They did a great job and told us everything that they were about to do. Treatment included spraying the entire yard as well as interior (baseboards and such). Cody also put out some sort of baiting gel which the ants started to attack BEFORE they even left. The downsides about the agreement (contract): -Contract is for NINE treatments (2 yrs) so kind of long but I accepted this. Would have been nicer to have it for half that. -Seen in contract, and not told by anyone, that after the contract ends your service RENEWS for every 12 weeks (normal treatment timeframe). -Finally, if you are environmentally conscious towards bees, this treatment will kill them. I will be asking them to not spray the flower beds for the rest of treatments. Would still recommend them to others but would give them the downsides too

Was good at first, and then we ask to stop the service and we would contact them when we were ready to start again. The tech continued to come out and stated that he does what the computer tells them, not the office. Even after contacting management and customer service, they came out 3 more times and continued to charge us despite asking them to stop. We contacted management yet again, and then we received a bill for over $300 and a threat to be sent to collections if not paid. We called again and was told they have no record or notes of our calls and that we need to pay the bill. Please DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, they are rude, unprofessional and not worth the headache!!

Rodents in the attic and around property. The work is ongoing as they continue to have traps full! A mishap occured with the attic hatch but we were compensated at an acceptable rate.

Did an initial service for the interior and exterior for all insect pests plus spiders, and check for rodents. Exterior included spraying for insects, sweeping under eaves to remove spider webs and check for and removal of wasp/bee nests. Follow up service spray exterior for insects, sweep eaves of spider webs check for wasp/bee nests and check rodent bait traps.

I was told that they will spray area where beehives are. But where they started, they didnt have enough pressure to reach to top and spray the whole area. That was very disappointing

Fantastic! Edge Pest Control is prompt, courteous and always professional. I phoned them to deal with a rodent problem, as I had seen a mouse in the yard and one in our garage. I am beyond squeamish when it comes to rodents, so I was desperate for help before this became a larger issue and I wanted someone out FAST! Edge has totally delivered and I love that I don't have to think about this icky issue anymore. We retained them for monthly visits and they just handle it. I have my peace-of-mind back...no longer hesitant about being in the garage or constantly scanning the yard for "critters". Super grateful!

They came out and provided indoor and outdoor coverage and handled everything I asked them to. My tech was on time and very polite and professional! They have done a great job for me over this past year. I recently purchased a new home and brought them with me. They help with spiders, ants, mice in the exterior areas, and all with pet friendly chemicals so my dogs are safe.

Re-spray was as expected, ant and rodent precautions were taken. Very disappointed to learn that a mole is not considered to be a rodent, and it will require another contract to have it taken care of.
