Craig and his team were always helpful in answering our questions and discussing any conditions that I brought up. We also appreciated the work discipline of Craig and the team. We were especially impressed with Craig's teaching leadership with the team. We appreciated the overall care for our property and concerns that Craig and team presented throughout the whole project. Craig was very timely in our request and quite professional all the way to creating photos and videos of the repair and pointing out a few things that couldn't be done right away. We'll be sure and use him again when the need arises.

Craig was wonderful! I called him on the off chance he was available to come out for a roof leak during a long stretch of horrible wind and rain. He returned my call within 10 min and made time to come out to my house because he happened to be in the area. He examined my roof where the leak was and determined that the roof wasn't the problem, but the grout in our chimney. He then proceeded to inspect the rest of our roof, showed me a few spots that would need to be repaired in the future and even told me how to fix a simple problem myself and how to wrap my chimney until a mason could come out. He did all that and didn't charge me, just saying that inspections were free. Thank you Craig for being so professional and helpful! We'll be calling you in the future!
