Cosmetic Remodelers

The toilet for our downstairs bathroom had a failure in the was seal in the floor. The damage from rot was pretty bad. I've used Cosmetic Remodelers before for work so I called them immediately when I found the damage. They were out the next day and a week later everything was fixed and as good as new. It's as if they were never there to being with.. which of course is exactly what you want. Thanks Harold and Debbie. I appreciate how quickly you turned that project around for us!

I first hired Cosmetic Remodelers to fix a number of small items at our rental house which included a bit of plumbing, door jam and roof gutter repairs. Cosmetic Remodelers were recommended to us by our property manager who was helping us find tenants for the rental property. Their prices were competitive and I got those repairs completed over a couple of days. We were very pleased with the work they had done for us and their ability to meet our schedule. Shortly after that job was completed, we decided to paint the interior of the house. Cosmetic Remodelers gave a competitive bid and they were willing to work over the Labor Day weekend to complete the job. Again, we were pleased with their work and their ability to meet our schedule. They were always on time for appointments and the quality of their work was outstanding. We were very pleased with the work that Debbie and Harold did for us and would hire them again without hesitation.

Cosmetic Remodellers were prompt, professional and neat. They recommended replacement parts (like toilets and valves) that were a perfect balance between quality and cost. They even explained how we could do the work to pull out the old flooring and fixtures ourselves if we wanted to save some money on the overall project. They even found a structural problem in the foundation that they repaired and didn't charge extra for! In fact they were so cost-effective and helpful we were able to do a mini-remodel with new pedestal sink, linoleum and toilet all within a very reasonable price...! I'm planning my next set of projects right now and calling them in as soon as I have the money together.. Worth every penny.
