EXCELLENT. HE WAS VERY GOOD AT EXPLAINING THE PROBLEMS AND HOW TO AVOID FUTURE PROBLEMS. HE GAVE ME EXCELLENT SOURCES FOR SOON TO BE NEEDED INFORMATION.
