The owner was prompt and thorough with his estimate. His work team was prompt and industrious. They did everything that was contracted and generally took care of the surrounding areas (tarps, shoes off, etc.). The owner called to check with me on the progress and came by toward the end of the day's work to make sure we were satisfied. I had a concern that there was a small lightly soiled area on my white carpet in the room where 4 new can lights has been installed. The owner volunteered to pay to have the carpet professionally cleaned which I thought was terrific although I declined because I felt I could easily clean it with spot cleaner (and I did). Note: the cost below excludes the cost of the 3 new chandeliers and bathroom bar light which we purchased separately.
