Person that comes out to give you the bid says "all the right things about prep, let it dry, paint." The contract reiterated some of what was said but didn't match exactly so asked them to tweak to match what we were told (i.e. if we sell house, warranty assigned). Actual painters did a rush job washing, prepping & painting all in two days. In fact day 2 was painting late into day and missing things and blew us off when we questioned why they did not allow house (wash & prime touch up) to dry before painting. When we pointed it out they were not happy to have to come back day 3 to fix some stuff. They tell you they will pay $100 for referrals. The person referring us did not get paid $100, the person who referred them did not get $100. I called three times and gave the address of the referral and checked back several times and no one rec'd $100. SO DON'T FALL FOR THEIR REFERRAL RECOMMENDATION $100.
