I was totally impressed with CertainTeed every step of the process. I got their phone number from the company that installed the window. When I called they took my information and immediately emailed me the warranty intake form. I sent it back with a lot of missing information, so they called me within a day of receiving it to double check the exact size of the window before ordering it. The next week, I got a call from the repair man and we set a time for him to come a few days later. He showed up on time and took no more than ten minutes to change out the window. Every single step of the process was totally smooth, and all of it was done for free, no questions asked.
