My wife and I were designated to get a funeral arrangement for a group attending our granddaughter-in-laws mothers last rites. Four groups went in on this order. The florist seemed attentive and showed us great pictures. For 185 (included delivery charge) we choose a very nice arrangement. In our age group we seem to be doing this quite often. At the service the arrangement was, to say the least, an embarrassment. The roses all appeared old as did the lilies. The petals on the roses were turned up and the whole arrangement was quite small - very different from the picture. Very different. I have never submitted a negative review before on a florist - we understand the problems of obtaining the exact flowers pictured. However, this was probably the worst example we have experienced to date.
