Rick provides residential design and drafting services. He was fabulous. He made himself available to meet with us around our busy schedule and met with us in the convenience of our home. He was prompt, friendly, easy to work with, and very responsive to our concerns, questions, and ideas. We were prepared to wait for several months for permit to be approved, but Rick's plans were so thorough we received our permit through King County in a record two weeks. We shopped around for a designer, and were pleasantly surprised to find that the person (Rick) who seemed to know the most was also the most reasonably priced.
