We hired AGV for a project at our condo in Sammamish after we discovered water damage from a faulty shower installation (from before we purchased the condo). The insurance company hired a mitigation contractor for us, then we hired AGV to rebuild our shower, re-drywall several different walls with water damage, re-finish our cedar-lined closet, and replace our vinyl flooring. Their estimate was spot-on, with a few add-ons that we agreed to as the project moved forward. They were very responsive to our questions along the way. While they were working on our closet, they suggested a few different options, including one option that was cheaper and involved them customizing corner inserts instead of off-the-shelf. All of their work was high quality, and they kept us updated throughout the process. When the moving company returned our items, they scratched the floor. AGV came back and fixed the scratch for us - good as new! We would use AGV again for future projects, for sure.
