The repair went as scheduled except for a delay caused by the insurance company.  AVC got the issue resolved with no intervention on my part.  The repaint and repair was excellent.  No visible trace of the damage remains and paint color matches perfectly.  My one minor complaint is that we verbally agreed to a touch up on the driver side door when I dropped it off and that was not done when I picked it up.  I should have gotten it in writing as the work was likely forgotten about by the time it got to the paint guy.  I will say again that they did a great job matching the paint.  I have a high gloss multistage (or something) metallic paint and it matches perfectly with the rest of the car.  I would use these folks again, just get the whole deal in writing.

Bob and his staff are amazing!  Appointments are scheduled for estimates, and communication is GREAT!!  My van was finished on time, and beautifully!

After the accident, I immediately called Auburn Valley Collision because they did such a great job before getting deep scratches out of my hood so I trusted they'd do great job again. They took complete care of me and kept me updated through the whole process from towing, rental car, damage estimate, insurance process, all repair steps, etc. The whole process was smooth and stress free and ended up with my car looking and running great like it never happened.

These guys are terrific, And I'm talking about more than the dents. The dents and paint job were perfect. But Bob Pell's customer service is over the top. The day before I brought my car in, I called to find out what time they opened. I figured I was going to get voicemail because it was Sunday. Nope. Bob answered the phone, and politely answered my questions.
Once they had the car, I got daily texts telling me where we were in the process and his guesstimate of when it would be done. He and his son, Chris, are ridiculously pleasant, funny, and fonts of information. When I picked up my car, it was detailed! Vinyl, windows, carpet inside had all been wiped down/vacuumed, and outside was washed. Oh, and on the dashborard, they left a purple silk rose with their business card connected to. After a few days, I got another email asking how the car seemed and if there were any problems or questions. He answered all of my questions, even one about the product they used on the vinyl! 
PS, the dents/paint job seem fine. They guarantee their work, I think for LIFE! Anyway, this place is terrific! It was a most pleasurable experience at a time when everything else in my life seemed to be going sideways!

Got a call letting me know that they found another (hidden from initial visual inspection) problem that would need to be fixed, but that the anticipated repair shouldn't change the completion date/time.





AMAZING!  This is the second time I have used Auburn Valley Collision to repair my vehicles, and will not deal with anyone else.  My van came home in beautiful condition and of the $1200, I was only out $300 for my deductible
