Great job my pet has very long hair and is a challenge to cut and brush.  the work was done well and promptly I will be going back

We  gave some specific instructions on how we wanted our dogs trimmed and groomed, especially in the face area.  The grooming was perfect.  Just the right hair length, nails trimmed in the right way, etc.   The groomer/owner even called us just to confirm a few things before proceeding.  Very satisfied!

I wanted a last minute grooming on Tuesday. The place that was recommended to me was closed on Tuesdays so I looked on Angies List for someone in Auburn that might possibly have an opening last minute. It was located a little bit out of the way for me but my dog really needed a nail trim and a bath. I clicked on the Angie's List for the website and saw that walkins were welcome, left a message on voicemail, sent a text message and set the GPS. The salon was adjacent to a nice home, professional private entrance that was welcoming and had a clear view of the grooming area. I was impressed with the cut being done on a terrier while other already groomed dogs were welcoming me from behind the gate. She did an excellent job and called for me to pick up my doodle within two hours. When I returned, the dog was beautiful and enjoying the few dogs that were already done. She was adorned with a pink bow and only a little bit stressed. Overall an excellent outcome.

VERY NICE JOB ON ALL SERVICES. HE IS ALWAYS CLIPPED PROPERLY. HE ALWAYS SMELLS GREAT! IF HE HAS HAD PROBLEMS WITH MATS IN HIS HAIR SHE DEALS WITH IT. SHE IS ALWAYS PLEASANT.

GOOD SERVICE VERY FRIENDLY OWNER DOES ALL THE WORK DOESN'T RUSH THROUGH IT WITH GREAT PRICES. I WOULD DEFINITELY GO THERE AGAIN AND I DO EVERY TIME

CAN GET AN APPOINTMENT WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS. DOG DOES NOT HAVE TO BE LEFT ALL DAY. CAN DROP OFF YOUR DOG AT APPOINTMENT TIME AND PICK UP IN A FEW HOURS. DOES NOT DRUG YOUR DOG AND DOG IS NOT TRAUMATIZED.

MY DOGS WERE READY AS PROMISED. THEY ARE TWO YEARS OLD AND THIS IS MY 6TH VISIT THERE. VERY CLEAN OPERATION. ORIGINALLY REFERRED BY MY TWO SISTERS AND A FRIEND.

HAZEL IS A NEW GROOMER. SHE TRIES VERY HARD, AND USUALLY DOES AND ADEQUATE JOB. IF MY OLD GROOMER WERE STILL IN BUSINESS, I WOULD NOT PATRONIZE HER, BUT SHE IS THE BEST OF SEVERAL THAT I HAVE TRIED SINCE THE OLD GROOMER WENT OUT OF BUSINESS.

THEY COME HOME SMELLING FRESH AND HAPPY. NO MORE CLAWS ON OUR HARDWOODS. THE DOGS FEEL PROUD WHEN THEY COME HOME AND DON'T SEEM TO EVER MIND GOING WHICH MAKES ME FEEL GOOD ABOUT LEAVING THEM THERE.

I TAKE MY TWO DOGS TO HAZEL WHO GROOMS ANIMALS OUT OF HER HOUSE. SHE IS FRIENDLY, SWEET AND GENUINLY CARES ABOUT THE ANIMALS SHE CARES FOR. SHE TAKES THE EXTRA TIME TO PERFORM QUALITY SERVICE.
