Jerry was our contact person, he was very professional. Gave us a printout of exactly what was wrong with my daughters volkswagon beetle. The shop is extrmemly clean and the staff is friendly. The only negativecoils,

Excellent. Before stopping at Auburn Foreign car I had first tried to do it myself, then I took it to a repair shop but no one could figure out how to get the bulb out. Auburn Foreign car knew what to do and they did it quickly. I was an unscheduled walk-in but they got me on my way in short order.

I've taken two of my vehicles here. I took my Infiniti in for an oil change (synthetic)and they did a free inspection on it and told me it was in fantastic shape - no attempt to upsell anything. We had a fun conversation about the buying process (I had just bought it used) . They are nice people, professional, and clearly love cars. The waiting room is comfy, but I've never had to spend much time there because service has always been quick and efficient. Always provide quality work as well. You can get a cheaper oil change out there, but Auburn Foreign & Domestic still beats the dealership but you can always count on them for great service - the happy medium!

I have been using Auburn Foreign & Domestic to service several cars for a number of years now. These guys are fantastic, courteous, professional and they do excellent work. They replaced the timing belt on my Subaru Legacy recently, everything delivered as promised with no issues to report. They may not be the lowest cost provider out there, but they do not push unnecessary work and will give you an honest assessment of any repairs they recommend. That sort of peace of mind is worth a few extra dollars... highly recommend. The shop is extremely clean and all of the employees are very courteous.

These folks go above and beyond. Not only are their prices competitive, they provide prompt, courteous service. They even gave me a ride home and then picked me up after the service was done. I'll be using them for all my auto service needs.

all items were corrected vehicle was ready as promised, old parts were available for inspection, and a complete review of the vehicle was done as promised as I was leaving for 6 months to Texas

They are pretty professional, the car was done to the estimate and done on time. Our intent is to use them again.

I was thinking I needed a tune up. The guy I chatted with on the phone, said just bring it in for an oil change and we'll let you know what else needs to be taken care of. Once they looked over the car, all they found was the steering fluid could use a change. I was so pleased! They were obviously not out to do work that didn't need to be done. I'll definitely be taking the car back to them next time! While I waited for the work to be completed I was able to enjoy the plushy couches, the free wifi, coffee and yummy cookies!

The experience went really well. I used them 3 months ago. They provide good service.

I towed my car there with AAA. Left a note with Jerry, he took of everything. Helped to keep my cost low.

I am not sure of the price, it was very reasonable though. I was early and the waiting area is top notch. They even have wifi and a computer you are welcome to use... coffee and cookies too! They not only did the service I purchased but vacuumed the car (and believe me it needed it after having a few dogs in it). They suggested shocks for my 2003 Saturn and I am not surprised. I will go back to them to have them put in. Very friendly family run I believe. It was a good 40 miles from home and worth the trip.

They were trustworthy and professional. Very friendly. Their shop is very welcoming and kid friendly. They communicate very well. They will tell you exactly what it is going to cost and it ends up being that price.

I had an oil pan on my vehicle that had the drain plug stripped. I had tried several replacement options for the drain plug, but none of them seemed to be working as a permanent solution. I used Angie's List to try to find a provider in my area who could replace the oil pan. There were some recommendations for this provider, so I decided to give them a try. One service that attracted me was that they had loaner cars so I didn't have to deal with renting a car while my vehicle was in for service. Work was scheduled and preformed in a timely manner. I am satisfied with the repairs, but the cost was much higher than other competitors. I got an estimate for another issue with my vehicle, and when I shopped around to see what others charged for the same work, I found that Auburn Automotive's price was several hundred dollars more for both jobs, even with the cost of a rental car. Auburn Automotive did a good job for me, they were professional and friendly, and I think the loaner car feature is great, but the value to cost ratio didn't work for me.

The reason I went there was to get better prices for maintenance service, compared to what I had been paying at the dealer that sold me the car. In the end, I'm not sure the costs were much better, and the hours of business weren't good for me with my hours of work. At the time they quit taking appointments at about 1:30 or 2:00PM so I had to take off from work . I used this business for a few months in 2009 and then found another dealer close to my home and switched.

They went out and looked at a car that was at a dealers lot. They checked it over and checked the engine over for us. They told us it was a good car. They checked the whole car out really. We are in Montana and the car was in Washington. The mechanic went to check the car out and let us know that it as a fine car.

I have had several repairs made to my car at AF&DC. I have never felt overcharged (although car repairs are expensive in general), or sold anything that I didn't need. In fact, when I told the mechanic I was going to get a set of new tires, his response was - not yet, your tires are fine. Who does that? They do! Cheers to you AF&DC!

Overall, it went well. I was expecting a cracked transmission case or a cracked oil pan and Auburn Foreign and Domestic Car Service could have said that was the problem and I would have believed it. They said it was a minor (my fault) problem, cleaned the underside of my car and replaced the oil filter. I think price was excessive but I was happy with the result.

Everything went very well. My husband made the appointment online and was able to get the jeep in within 2-days for repairs.They did a thorough job in diagnosing why the check engine light was on and also fixed the air conditioning unit as well. The shuttle to/from the shop to our home was very helpful. We took our Honda Passport in to Auburn Foreign & Domestic Car for repairs today. We are very happy with the customer service, and prices at Auburn Foreign & Domestic Car. We won't need to go back to the dealer anymore for repairs. In fact, if we can work it out with our work schedules, we will start taking our cars in for oil changes also. Thank you, Shelley Fraley

My husband got the car jump started and drove to the shop which is a short distance from our home.The wait would be about one or one and a half ours hour so they drove us home with their shuttle. The mechanic called us to okay the price before they did any work. My husband did and about an hour later they called to say it was done and they sent a shuttle for him. It was great that they offered the shuttle service because we didn't know about it! WThe shop is very clean and waiting room is large with very comfortable looking chairs! Everyone was very polite and friendly!

Appointments are available rather quickly. The place is spotless; well organized; staff is professional. They take time to explain services to you and to annotate any concerns you might want them to address as they are performing the maintenance on your vehicle. Work was done as promised and completed when promised and within the estimate.

My SUV was making all kinds of noise. I took it in and they did a front to back, top to bottom inspection and found that my water pump was bad, the bearing was bad, the idler pulley and bearing was bad. Basically, everything that belonged to my belt / pulley system was bad. They originally told me it would take a couple of days to fix because they had to order a couple of parts. But to my glee and amazement, it was done that day. Their responsiveness blew me away. My SUV is so quiet and runs really smooth now. They are very thorough, honest, fast, and the quality of their work is outstanding. I love the fact that they are Christians, as I am also. I will definitely be taking my vehicle back to them in the future. I will most certainly recommend them to my family and friends.
