THE FIRST TIME THAT WE USED AMERICAN GENERAL WAS GREAT, THE GUY WAS VERY NICE AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US. NOW THE SECOND TIME THAT WE USED AMERICAN GENERAL THE FIRST GUY WAS GONE AND WE HAD WENDY HELPING US. SHE WAS THE WORST THAT I HAVE EVER USED, VERY RUDE.
