This was a rental that is 70 miles one way from us. We had to go down several times to go over the work list with provider to ensure that the work contracted to do was actually done. Provider's foreman actually got a little belligerant going over the punch list of items missed with us. Crew damaged some blinds during the prep and did not inform us of the damage. After talking to the office manager, the work was finally done as stated in the contract.

They did great it was demo'ed in the first day and back up and working about a day and a half later. The bathroom sink and toilet remained usable and they were very careful to keep the mess contained to the immediate work area.

They showed up on time and worked very hard.They did not have much attention to detail. I had to be there to make sure they did what I needed. On the last day, I was not able to be there and they said they were finished. The owner called me and wanted me to make final payment even though I told him there was considerable rework that needed to be done to make the job right. The owner wined when I said I would make final payment only after the job was completed.
