I took the TV in Saturday at 9 a.m. when they opened. It was $50 for troubleshooting, but that fee applied to the repair cost, which seemed fair. They called at 1 p.m. with the diagnosis and repair estimate, which I accepted, and they said the work would be completed by 6. I couldn't get there until the next Saturday and it is working as good as new. I'd use them again. The shop is small & cluttered but the staff certainly seems to know what they're doing. A worthwhile, pleasant experience.

What a pleasure! These guys are great! After several failed attempts to find an honest repair center closer to me, I found All Area Service. After a little trouble shooting, we determined the ballast needed to be replaced. Instead of quoting me a outrageous price for the part (like all the others I contacted) they actually looked it up first and realized I had one of the models with an inexpensive $45 ballast. He then quoted me $200 flat fee for parts and labor (everyone else was quoting around $500). Now, a DLP is pretty big and I couldn't easily bring it to them so they picked it up and brought it back for $150 (I live in Renton). So, I got my TV fixed, they kept it for 48 hours (one competitor quoted me 30 days!) and I didn't have to spend any of my precious time lugging it back and forth. Do yourself a favor and use these guys. My TV works great, they were fast and most importantly, HONEST (a rarity today)!

Our 36" TV displayed a single horizontal line, no picture. It is not under warranty. We looked for an authorized repair service that would make house calls because it is too big to carry. All Area Service was able to schedule the repair for the next day. I was able to call and get an exact time for a technician rather than having to wait all day for an unknown time. Great service!

THE PRICE WAS GOOD. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY PHONE CALLS AND SCHEDULED ME AS SOON AS THEY COULD. THEY COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE MORE PROFESSIONAL.
