I purchased a Groupon for this company for $79.00 for $250 off of tree pruning/removal/etc worth $500 or more. I called Dan to have him come by and check out the tree, we set up a time. He didn't show up or even call. I tried to call him 2 more times with no response. I gave up on him and will not use this company in the future. I had to get reimbursed from GROUPON so I can't rate him on GROUPON and wish I could as he has 5 stars.

Daniel came out to give my estimate. He was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, professional and I knew I'd found the company I wanted to do my work.
When his boss Dan (Daniel was so great I'd thought HE was the owner) and the 2 man crew came out to do the work I was equally impressed by them.
I added a third tree to be trimmed and the estimate was as great a value as what I'd received for the original two massive birch trees. The work was performed to near perfection. When they had me check the job and I wanted a bit more of all of the trees removed, they did so without minding at all or making me feel like I was asking for more than I was paying for. Dan also made sure to advise me when we'd reached the point that if more was trimmed, the trees could be at risk of not recovering. He also gave me great follow-up advise to ensure they'll make a healthy recovery. I had them trimmed back quite a bit because they hadn't been done in a LONG time as we'd recently purchased the home.
The final bill was exactly what they'd quoted, and they removed EVERYTHING, just like Daniel said they would: To quote him, and quot;we'll leave it looking nice than when we arrivedand quot;, and they did!
These guys have my business for life; you can't go wrong if you hire them and you'll be as happy as I am, THANKS Accent Tree Svc!

My only complaint is that after getting an estimate and putting it off for a couple of months, when I called to leave a message for Dan he did not call me back.. This went on for six to eight weeks. Turns out, after reaching Scott and complaining, Dan had never received any of my messages. Within a few days of finally getting hold of him the job was done and the price was right. The crew was very efficient and friendly. Dan apologized profusely. I am quite pleased and would call them again. i just wouldn't leave a message with anyone at the desk or the answering service.

They took away all the dead limbs, all the debris, and some of the logs. I'm excited about what they plan on using the debris for which is to recycle to use fertilizer as well as the leftover wood and chips. I like that they are a very green company. I plan on scheduling them for every spring to see what needs to be done as I trust their judgement.

The workers from Evergreen Tree Service LLC Company did a nice job. They were very knowledgeable about all the do's and don'ts regarding trees and foliage. I would hire them again in the future.

I thought they did a great job and they gave me a great price for the work they did.

I had gotten another estimate that was twice the amount. They had taken down a neighbor's tree and I watched them and they did a good job so I used them. They were really good about cutting it up in smaller pieces.

Gave a written estimate. Called before showing up early the next day. Crew of 3 men spent 3 hours doing the work in the heavy rain. I was pleased with the way they cleaned up the debris. When they left I wasn't sure if they had finished since they didn't notify me. I called the next day to have the estimator walk me through the work they had done. I told him I wanted them to come back and finish a few more branches I thought they had missed on one of the maples and remove a couple of cut branches hanging in the evergreens. The estimator gave me the idea that it would take about 5 hours to do the job, so I am not sure how thorough a job they did up in the tall trees.

I used them just once and found them to be polite. They did what they were supposed to do and didn't leave a mess behind. I was glad that none of the trees fell on our house. They are easy to work with and their prices are reasonable.

I would recommend them.
