The guy there was completely forthcoming and helpful. He went over and above trying to make it so I could get a rototiller. He had different sizes of tillers. I explained that the ground I was tilling up was very hard. He said that I want this big one. Unfortunately, he couldn’t get it started. So he told me to take the little one, and that it will be the same price regardless. He said that if I could make it work, it will work great. He said that he will give me two days. He told me that if it takes me to longer to use that one rather than the bigger one because it's going to be harder to keep the tiller working properly. He told me to take an extra day if I needed it. There was never any question; he wanted my business. He was going to do everything he could to get me to leave his facility with a rototiller. I took the little one home and I lasted about twenty minutes. My ground was clay and it was way too hard for the tiller to stay in the ground to dig up the ground that I needed dug up. I cleaned it up and took it back to him. He said that he will have another big one the next day. So he told me that if I wanted I can come back the next day and get the bigger one, and take it home from there. That's exactly what I did, and it worked perfectly. It was like how he can make it so that I can do my job. It was everything that another retail chain didn’t do. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
