Everything went smoothly, quickly and on time. His price was reasonable and realistic! One bid was double his on the on the outdoor faucet and three times his on the toilet repair and replaace

It took time to find the culprit that caused the leak. He did changes and streamlined the pipes. One of the fittings was a loss, so he went to his truck and created a new fitting and added a safety hose. He is a perfectionist and did the job the with excellence the first time. I give him a 10 out of 10. He has over 40+ years experience. I highly recommend him,

It went great! The Plumbing Master was wonderful! He took the time to really diagnose the issue and used his expertise to unclog a drain that two other companies were not able to fix. He first jetted the drain and then used a camera to find out where the clog was in the wall. He did not give up and was able to solve the problem! We would highly recommend his service and will be using him again! My husband immediately put the Plumbing Masters phone number into his contacts. When you find great service you want to make sure that you have the right contact information at your fingertips!

Our sewer line began to back up one evening, flooding our basement. After several calls to other plumbing businesses I couldn't find anyone that was able to come out on the same day besides Beacon Plumbing. Then I found Marty, The Plumbing Master! Marty came out with in the hour and cleared the pipe well enough for us to be able to use it temporarily and did a sewer scope to figure out what the problem was with the sewer line. Turned out that we had several breaks in the line along the back of the house and that he pipe on the side of the house should have a liner put down it considering it was 100 years old. After Marty came out and gave us a quote we also had Beacon come out and quote us as well. Originally Beacon and Marty came in at almost the exact same number but before I could even mention having had Beacon come out Marty, The Plumbing Master, came back with a revised offer for $2000 less. The work only took half a day and the excavation of the back yard was minimal. Key Points: Honest Polite, kind, and professional Cheaper than the competition Worked fast Kept a clean work space Over all great guy!
