Firewood Service
The Firewood Company delivered a cord of mixed quality wood with plenty of scrappy pieces. My main gripe is that when delivering the wood they damaged a low retaining wall and part of a tree. Despite repeated promises from a Les to come fix the wall he never showed up saying that he was rarely in that part of Seattle. However; Les had no problem finding the place when he wanted my cash. Also I am located in NW Seattle, not exactly a million miles from Lynwood where the company is located. When I told him that I would report The Firewood Company to the BBB he couldn't have cared less. This had been the 2nd time I had used their 'services', so obviously this is not a company with a high appreciation of its customers. Fortunately wood does grow on trees and I will not be using The Firewood Co again.

Les was very courteous and worked around our schedule for the firewood delivery. They delivered when they said they would and we are very pleased with the quality.

They were responsive in calling back to set up a delivery time. They were on time delivering the wood. They unloaded the wood where I asked and were careful not to leave any in the alley. The wood is good quality in terms of how it is split.
