Exterior Painting, Pressure Washing
I have tried to resolve this with him directly. He washed my house and put a brightener on my cedar siding and took away the color. He told me in order to not paint my house he would have to double the bid rather than using stain. He was going to paint to cover up his mistakes. It has been over a month for him to respond. He continues to put me off and will not refund any of the money that was initially paid in advance. I have had two more contractors come out and they have stated that in order to fix my house it will cost anywhere from $8,000.00 to $13,000.00. Be aware of this contractor and do not pay him up front.
