Serj did multiple finishing projects for us recovering from a burst hot water pipe in our home. He was the last contractor to polish off mitigation of mold and water damage—installing new flooring, repairing/texturing/painting sheetrock, beadboard, cabinetry, moldings and baseboards. He quietly and professionally completed his work adding the finishing touches so we could reoccupy our house. Grateful to Serj for putting our house back together again!

SVM construction did 2 projects for us; Pre-Finished trim in a custom Home ( New construction) and trim in a guest house. They did a Great job, in a timely manner and with Great attitude and customer service! Very pleasant to work with. Keeps his promises! Will definitely recommend this company.

Serge did a fantastic job on our new moldings. We have rounded corners and those are very difficult to frame in and he did a fabulous job. We will definitely be hiring him again.

He repaired and restored my utility room after a major water heater burst. He repaired and replaced the the flooring, which included replacing sub-flooring, installing linoleum, and replacing all mop boards. Then he replaced the removed sheet rock, taped and painted the whole room. He was very professional and pleasant to work with.
