I came to Aaron in the summer and asked for a quote on trimming the trees lining the road and under the power lines. The Homes are 10 years old and the trees have never been trimmed, so they were getting a bit to big. I got 3 bids and Aaron was not the cheapest but he was reasonable, and he was on Angie's list. After about 6 months I called him to do the work and asked if he could do it right after Christmas. He said he will do what he could. A few day later his employees were seen trimming and cleaning up the trees. After he was done me and a fellow homeowner walked the trees noted a few places that needed some extra trimming. Talked to Aaron and the next day the work was completed to our satisfaction. It was great he honored his estimate that was over 6 months old. Great work! I look forward to seeing him again.

Seamless, I called to offer them the job and in a few days they showed up and did the work requested. We walked the job, I noted a few extra branches I would like cut. The next day those were cut.

Purchased a 4hr package of landscaping service at an auction. Called and arranged for the service.. The owner came to see the property and find out what I needed. Then I had to make another appointment for the actual work. The day came, they were prompt and on time. Four men came they stayed one hour. They cleared my front yard of the shrubs and took down a large rhody but did not take out the root ball. (Which is still in the pit dug around it.) They did the things I'd asked but didn't complete the job and didn't offer to stay to finish it for an additional fee or anything. So I got what I paid for. Guess I was expecting four hours of work (no matter how many guys they brought) not 4 guys for one hour. I bought the service at an auction and paid less than what 4 actual hours would have cost so I guess I shouldn't be disappointed.

"I appreciate the review from this customer. We did this job as a donation to the Assistance League of Everett. We discussed working on other projects in the yard as well and I understood the customer wanted to keep the cost to the 4 man hours I donated. I suppose I could have offered more work at an additional charge but didn't want to push her into more expense. I figured she would ask if more was desired. I prefer to give a written bid detailing the work to be done prior to starting the job."

It was excellent. He was punctual and responsive. They were on time. They were very professional and hauled away everything that wasn't needed. They completed what they said they would. They were clean and communicated well. They were very respectful and responsive.

It's not been a good experience. They were careless and didn't do a good job. The first time they mowed they mowed down 4 little rose bushes. Another time they scalped the lawn. There main mower had broke down and they sent another mower that wasn't set properly. They blew grass on the side of the house and left it. They didn't use the correct weed killer when they did some weed ratification. We still haven't paid the full price because they won't come back and correct the problems.

"Customer told me they were not concerned about the rose bushes as they were overgrown by the tall grass. After scalping the lawn it was repaired and had happened because of the lawns unevenness. They didn't let me know about any grass blown on the house. After rototilling a section of their yard, spraying weeds and burning the dead weeds off, they just decided not to pay for any of the work. I was unaware of any problems left to correct. ??? I am very fair with my customers and would correct any problems left behind."

I am very impressed with them. They do a great job and they are professional as well. They are hard working and answer all of my questions. If there are ever any problems, they communicate well. I am pleased with the service and the price is reasonable also. They charge me per visit.

A friend of mind gave Aaron an outstanding recommendation. I called and we set a time. He arrived on time and took a lot of time to talk to me about the yard, naming the plants, etc. I was surprised that he did not charge for the estimate. It took me 4 weeks to decide to hire him and he did not raise his prices. On the day to do the work, he arrived with his crew of three and finished the job in less then 6 hours. He estimated it would take 8 hours. The front and back yard look like a yard and not a jungle. I highly recommend him to everyone he needs landscaping and yard work
