Very well. Scott is extremely conscientious, completely trustworthy, a very good salesman and very easy to work with. Once we had the house ready to our satisfaction, Scott came through, made a few suggestions that we hadn't thought of and then started his marketing. This was admittedly during a good market, but our house was towards the high end of pricing around Lake Stevens, so it wasn't like there was a huge pool of potential buyers. The pricing was also heavily influenced by Scott - he did a very careful market analysis of the area, the price he arrived at was noticeably higher than what we had been anticipating. Scott was able to get a number of good solid leads within just a few days and was able to sell the house at the asking price, in less than a month. His performance was so good that my parents are now using him to sell a piece of property they own on Hat Island. It's a difficult property to sell, it's not that easy to get to, but they pretty much have complete confidence he'll be able to deliver based on his performance with us. We've had dealing with other agents in the past while looking for or buying property and I'll just say that from here on out, we won't be using anyone except Scott. He's focused on getting both buyer and seller a deal that will make them happy, he really knows his business and he's both fair and realistic. I don't think you could make a better choice.
