 + 1 moreWe started out great, they had great ideas to add to our plans in our head. We were happy with the quality of the work done and really the price we paid. We had a few issues along the way. One, he had a lead person who ended up quitting in the middle of the job and two the contract did not seem as clear once we got to the nitty gritty of what is included we did not agree. I learned from this project to be clearer and ask what I thought were obvious questions in the contract. I don't think he was trying to rip me off, I think he had a different vision of what I had and we butted heads towards the end. I would recommend but ensure your contract is clear between the two of you.
Description of Work: Second story addition over garage with master bedroom and bath, kitchen remodel, all windows replaced and re-roofed.
