Renaissance Builders Inc. is a full service General Contractor. From Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling, Additions, Interior and Exterior Remodeling, Outdoor entertainment areas to Complete Quality Custom Homes. We have been in business for over 20 years in Snohomish County. The main focus during the construction process is customer satisfaction. We have many clients that we have completed multiple projects for, spanning 20 years. Chuck DeGraffenreid has been in the construction trades for over 35 years. Most of our Sub-contractors have been with us for over 10 years, Thus we act more like a team that separate companies.

I learned from this project to be clearer and ask what I thought were obvious questions in the contract.
I don't think he was trying to rip me off, I think he had a different vision of what I had and we butted heads towards the end.
I would recommend but ensure your contract is clear between the two of you.
