My a/c in my truck wasn't working very well and I would hear this knocking noise when I changed fan settings even when the truck had been turned of for a while.  They put in a new A/C unit for around $1200.00 but did not fix the knocking noise.  It was later diagnosed with a stripped shutter fan that should have been fixed when they fixed the a/c.

I called the main number and was transferred to a man. He apparently did not want to deal with the battery issue. His attitude was very condescending, perhaps because I am female. I told him a brief history of how the battery was acting, that it was new and that we had jumped it a few times but it did not hold a charge after we turned the battery off. He wanted to know who put it in, where I got it and said that the wires were probably wrong. His attitude was one of, and quot;what a stupid woman.and quot;
I got this referral from Angies list but I will not be recommending or going to this auto repair company.

They are extremely honest. We have been using them for about 15 years and they have always fixed our car. The staff is very nice and they treat their customer really well. They are punctual and they do really great work.

We use them whenever something goes wrong with any of our cars. He has a lot of cars. R and L Auto Repair can fix anything. They do not specialize in just transmissions or something like that. They just do overall repair and they are good. They are very reasonable with their prices I know that. They are always friendly and anxious to serve you. They are knowledgeable and they do the work just as soon as they can. They are busy.
