Please DO NOT EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY! I hired them to do install a new furnace and a two zone multi-splitter Heat Pump on the 3rd floor last June 2023. The owner Paul promised five years of free service and repairs. The job has been nothing but a complete nightmare. Paul stated they only had one remote to control one of the multi-splitters upstairs. So, I put that one in my daughter's room. I got the Wi-Fi enabled one. So, you must get the Wi-Fi signal first from holding your phone up in the attic in my master closet. The Wi-Fi signal loses it connection all the time, so it is basically unusable. I tried to get Paul to give me a remote just like my daughter has and he stated the "Dankin" remote was "out of stock." I then asked how hard it would be to wire the multi-splitter and he quoted me $3,500. That was after I paid him in full for the $22,000 job! With the installation, his worker's banged up and damaged my wall and pulled up the trim on my baseboard. He damaged my house and never fixed anything he promised to fix. I had to hire a handy man and pay them additional money to do this. Paul also offered to fix my fireplace and he said the "part that needed to be put on was on backorder." Around Christmas, I asked again where the part was and he said he had it. We were in Mexico so it could not be installed. I have asked Paul again about 5 times to install the fireplace part and he completely ignores and ghosts me. One month after the furnace was installed downstairs, I had 6 inches of water flooding my basement. His workers forgot to connect one of the wires to the condenser pump that extracts the water. Therefore, the safety switch did not work and gallons of water went into my basement as water poured out from the pump. Paul sent his brother-in-law Sergio and another one of his workers to fix this and agreed to offer me an additional year of free service and labor. Sergio was nice and pleasant, but you could tell he was under the complete control of Paul. After Paul's guys left, I noticed empty bottles of my beer were thrown into the room where they were working. His workers ( not Sergio) also drank my daughter's drinks without asking. I confronted Paul and he said they were a Christian family and would have never stolen my beer. He even hung up on me when I told him that no one else had been in my house. Fifteen minutes after this call, Paul called back to tell me it was one of his workers that were drinking my alcohol on the job. Paul stated they were immediately fired. It is now about one year later. I called Paul to do the yearly service on my furnace and Heat Pumps and NO RESPONSE. He has vanished into thin air. I still do not have my fireplace part and my multi-splitter that cost an extra $10,000. So, basically I do not have heat nor AC upstairs (where all the bedrooms) are which is the whole reason I paid this crazy amount in the first place. So, $22,0000 later I have a non-functioning multi-splitter in my master bedroom, a non-functioning gas fireplace, and I have to pay another company to perform the service on my units that were supposed to be covered for 6 years after installation. I want to warn everyone about this company. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General for fraudulent business practices. I also saw the posts above from some people who recently did reviews, and all the behavior is similar. This company, PK Heating and Cooling, is completely fraudulent. They will steal from you in your house, damage your house, take your money, and not honor anything in the contract. I am incredibly upset as this was all my savings in my name. I also did my diligence and got three different bids from three different companies. I should have used Lifetime Heating Cooling and Electric. They have been around forever and are reputable.

WARNING: DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES This company, with the license PKHEAHC791J6, has had its business license SUSPENDED. There's a laundry list of fraudulent reports against them, and for good reason. If you dare to entertain the idea of working with them, you're walking straight into a nightmare. We made the grave mistake of hiring them for a 2-zone HVAC installation in our home, and it's been a living nightmare ever since. The initial installment, supposedly completed on March 19, 2024, left us with only ONE FUNCTIONING ZONE! Despite our patient attempts to communicate and resolve the issue, the owner has become a phantom, disappearing into thin air whenever we need them most. Don't be fooled by their seemingly diligent pre-payment communication. Once they've got your money, they vanish faster than a mirage in the desert. As for the owner's presence on the job site? Virtually nonexistent! It's crystal clear they subcontract their work to other subcontractors and the company seems to have no other stable employees. Save yourself the headache, heartache, and hard-earned cash. Spread the word far and wide: AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE! They're a blight on the industry, and anyone who disregards this warning is just asking for trouble.

The price was fair and competitive. When the workers arrived punctually, they got right to work. They made sure everything was located for my convenience and the efficiency of the Heat Pump. They were only here about 6 hours and were very much on-task. The Daikin Heat Pump is working great on the cooling. (I'll have to check for heating in colder.) The workers were gracious and helpful. I would heartily recommend them

The crew was timely and got the job all done the same day. Got a new furnace AND a heat/cooling pump. I paid them the estimate amount in my email and the next morning saw another estimate for about $600 more. When I asked, I was told to ignore the bigger estimate because I paid with a check instead of by credit card and they didn't have to pay a service charge to credit care company. Win-win all around. Appreciated their honesty! Would definitely recommend them to friends.

Paul and his crew are very efficient workers theyâ re courteous, punctual and professional. His price was reasonable compared to other companies (4) I like Paul because heâ s honest and have a good customer service.
