If Angie's List dumps my review for the 3rd time due to trying to clear the screen so I can finish filling in the blanks, lucky Olympic Security. They did fantastic at our place of business except you can't get help on how to use it when you need it. BUT, at least the software is reasonably user friendly. This rating is based on what they were SUPPOSED to do at our house. Their rating quickly dropped from a 5 star. If they treat others the same as us, I can understand why. My beef is we wanted the same set up at our house. Scott must have been busy so sent out another man. We came to an agreement on the plan and never saw or heard from them again, even after several attempts to get a response. The receptionist was very courteous and said she'd pass the message on but still, no response from anyone else. Zero explanation. We paid promptly when they installed the one at our business so I have no clue what the problem is. Very irritating. At a minimum, communicate.

I reviewed several security companies for insight and design ideas for my home. Olympic Security was very experienced and offered a complete security/fire solution. The system design was for my individual home and family needs. There approach was very different than the big national companies. Every stage of the experience was great, from the sales consultation to the final system instruction.

THE TECHNICIAN WAS PROMPT AND WORKED QUIETLY. IT WAS A LONG PROCESS FOR HIM BUT HE TOOK TIME TO DO EVERYTHING CORRECTLY. HE WAS THOROUGH IN HIS CLEAN UP AND WE HARDLY KNEW HE WAS HERE! THE COMPANY IS GREAT AND WE ARE GETTING A REALLY GOOD SERVICE FOR A VERY GOOD PRICE.
