CRAIG OLDS PROVIDED PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. HIS TRUCK CONTAINS ALMOST EVERYTHING NEEDED FOR MOST JOBS. HE IS VERY PRACTICAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. ALMOST AS IMPORTANT AS HIS QUALITY OF WORK, IS THE FACT THAT HE LET ME KNOW WHEN HE WOULD ARRIVE, AND DIDN'T LEAVE ME WAITING THROUGH '4 HOUR WINDOW' LIKE SOME COMPANIES DO. WHILE INSTALLING THE NEW REGULATOR, HE ALSO RE-PLUMBED THE OUTSIDE HOSE BIB SO IT'S NOW AFTER THE REGULATOR, KEEPING MY GARDEN HOSE FROM BURSTING AS IT HAS IN THE PAST.
