 + -1 moreExcellent! Punctual, efficient, good attention to detail, able to problem solve on the spot, courteous staff. Majority of the job took 2 days. A couple more days needed for the stucco process. Not the lowest bid we received, but well worth the cost. You must book far in advance as they are very busy.
Description of Work: Repaired long-term water damage to the support beam of a concrete deck in one of our condominium units. "Sistered" in a new beam alongside the damaged one. Replaced all parts of the deck that had to be torn out to reach the damaged beam--2 rows of tile, drywall & stucco repair to the underside, the fascia around the edge, all the balusters/pickets of the handrail & the rail cap.
