Carpet Installation
WE LOVE THE CARPET MATERIAL. THE QUALITY OF THE CARPET AND INSTALLATION IS OUTSTANDING. IT TOOK LONGER TO GET THE CARPET AND INSTALLATION THAN WE'D HOPED BUT IT WAS NOT TERRIBLE. THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY KIND AND HELPFUL AND DID KEEP US INFORMED ON THE TIMETABLE CHANGES. IN THAT THEY WERE COORDINATING OUR INSTALL WITH OTHER WORK IN OUR AREA, IT PROBABLY SAVED US A LITTLE MONEY BUT DID COMPLICATE THE RESPONSIVENESS IN SERVICE A LITTLE.
