I met the Kennedys at the Everett Home and Garden show early in March 2010, and they had some excellent before-and-after examples of their work displayed. On description of the work needed, Patrick gave me a ballpark estimate of the high $100s. When I brought the pieces to his workshop, he went over the whole unit in detail, noted some repairs and upgrades I hadn't noticed, and revised his estimate to $250 - which he stuck to. The table couldn't have cost my parents more that $50 in the '60s, but the detail and quality of work Patrick put into the restoration was worth every penny.
