Patricia is an amazing businesswoman and she and her crew are so efficient and did such a beautiful job!! Our move took longer than anticipated, everything that could go wrong did, but Patricia was very understanding, and was able to reschedule me for the next day. She and her crew went above and beyond my expectations and I will most definitely recommend her company to any friends and/or family looking for a house cleaner!!

They just started working for me and I was very happy with the job that was done. I plan on using them on a biweekly basis.

They have only worked for me once so far. I answered the, ? , about would I recommend them, as yes, because They wouldn't let me move on if I didn't answer the, ? Honestly, I don't know yet, if I would recommend them. The house looked nice when they were done. Amelia and her husband were both very nice. My only problem is that She doesn't seem to understand or speak English at all. I thought she would speak it a little bit but,no. It was very difficult and frustrating not to be able to communicate with her. Her husband dropped her off and he spoke a little bit of English but not much either. I was able to communicate with A. somewhat, thru her husband but he left, and it was just she and I. There were things I wanted to tell her but I couldn't. Patricia is the person I talked to initially and sent these people to me. I tried to call her so she could interpret for me; I wasn't able to reach her. The number I had for her, was ringing Amelia's phone. Does the company have only one phone that they all use? It was very confusing and I don't have a way to contact her. I can't ask the housekeeper because she doesn't understand me and I don't understand her. I asked what her name was when they first got there and husband said, Amelia. I asked the last name but I guess they didn't understand me, I was trying to find out who to make the check out, to. Finally, I just left that line blank so they could fill in their name. When I saw the cancelled check, it was made out to Patricia. Other than the language barrier between us; I was very satisfied with her work. I'd say, if you speak Spanish, She would do a good job for you and you wouldn't have the frustration that I had. I'm going to continue to use her and after awhile I'm hoping we will be able to communicate better.
