Lawrence responded quickly to my emergency post late in the evening just before Christmas Eve, and made time in his busy schedule for the repair of our burst pipe, much sooner than other plumbing companies. Upon arrival, he was very courteous, took the time to explain the work to be done, and was very diligent and detail oriented in his approach to the repair. I would be glad to hire him again (hopefully not for another emergency!).
