They sold themselves as a general contractor. They tried to do general contracting and frankly the are not equipped for that and it was a disaster. They were very responsive. They were not paying their workers which is really not something that directly affects me. They needed to be honest about what they can actually do and they told me they were going to subcontract out to a contractor that could do the tiling and they ended up doing the tiling themselves and now the tile work is shady and it has got bubbles everywhere. They needed to be honest about knowing how to paint. At some point I called them and asked them why when they were painting the wall crimped and they ended up screwing everything up. They were just dishonest at every time that they could but everything that they could it was just total honesty about everything.

First class workmanship. The house was built in 1954 and does not use today's conventional floor construction methods. There are 4x6 timbers on about three foot centers with 2x6 tongue and groove and subfloor above that instead of joists on 12 inch centers and subfloor. They installed the insulation and correctly applied strapping to hold up the insulation. They also removed all of the old accumulated junk from the crawlspace and hauled it away.
I would not hesitate to use them again.

It was totally destroyed by rodents. The house was built in 1964 and was probably never attended to. They went above and beyond.

It went very well. They left minimal mess behind and that is not easy for doing insulation work. Casey communicated very well throughout.
