I was extremely pleased with the service. When I called their office I set up a day and best time for the service person to come (anytime after 3pm). The person I spoke to said Rick would call me at 8 am on that day to tell me when he'd be here. Rick called me at almost exactly 8 am and said he'd be here between 3-6 pm. He came around 4:30 pm. He took one look at the stove, removed the burner and said the burner had a hole in it and needed to be replaced. He said he didn't have the part with him but would pick up the part while he took care of other service calls that afternoon and return in a few hours. He returned around 7 pm. He cleaned a lot of rust from around where the broken burner had been, and replaced the burner. I was pleasantly surprised as I watched him thoroughly clean rust from around the burner area. The stove top was spotless afterwards. He said there is a lot of moisture associated with natural gas which is what caused a hole in the burner. Excellent service and also a cordial, nice guy.

Rick was prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He was quick to diagnose the problem, explained the issue and the fix. He was efficient yet not rushed, completing the repair in about 45 minutes.

He is a good person. Their integrity stood out in their service. The washing looked like it was absolutely broken and that's why he needed that part but when he came back he realised that it had worn through the stabilizing hole, so he drove in, that hole and snapped it up in there and that's all he needed to do. He could have sold us the new part and we wouldn't have known the difference. He is personal and really efficient. He is prompt. I've recommended him to friends.
