Jim was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We had a kitchen designer lay out our cabinets, but he was able to refine and finalize the plans to make them a reality. Jim was very responsive and always on time with pricing, meetings, and installation. The cabinet products are very high quality and exactly what we expected. Installation took two days and was completed on time. We love our new cabinets!

Their service was wonderful. The cabinets are beautiful. I was very concerned that I capture every square inch of available space as useful storage, having moved from a much larger home to this much smaller home and kitchen. They did a wonderful job and the cabinets are a real asset to our home.
I highly recommend them. All the people, from the designer to the installers were wonderful to work with.

They came out right away did exactly what they said they would, and were super professional, friendly, and accommodating. We liked everyting about them and cabinets look great!

We spent about $2500 on that work and we thought that the price was good. There was a problem at first, but they correct it.

We checked almost every cabinet shop within 25 miles, from big box centers to small custom shops. We did not know anything about ACI before we selected them. Their advantage: 1. They manufacture and install. We didn t have to hire a remodeling contractor and didn t have to worry about finger pointing if something went wrong. 2. Better design and function: wall cabinet bottom shelves are level with the frame, so there is no frame bump when sliding out dishes or glasses. Wall cabinets also provide a bit more usable depth. We have a set of over sized plates that didn t fit in competitor s cabinets. 3. Style and features they had exactly what we wanted. 4. Sales Jim Barrile is a great listener, provided professional advice and is totally customer oriented. 5. Price: not the lowest priced, but a solid value. If we had spent less elsewhere, I doubt we would have been as satisfied in the long run. The big box prices for comparable cabinets were lower, but their higher installation prices made them slightly more expensive. Jim reviewed my plans, made a few improvements and suggested replacing a closet with a cabinet unit. Even though I m usually on guard against salesman s bump attempt, I saw the logic in his suggestion. After one year, it s clear that Jim s suggestion was a key to making the remodel design so beautiful. After ordering the cabinets we made a few minor design changes and they were a pleasure to work with. The cabinets were delivered and installed on schedule by an expert crew. Our remodel required a very exacting fit to accommodate new granite counter tops that had to span across a garden window. Everything turned out perfect. The few inevitable problems were minor and Jim was great about satisfying our requests. Overall, we had a great experience. Remodeling can be very stressful and we had a very tight schedule that they met. Jim and everyone at ACI are genuine, intelligent and hard workers who deliver a great product.

THE WORK WAS COMPLETED ON TIME AND AT THE RATE THAT I WAS QUOTED. EXTRA IDEAS WERE SUGGESTED AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN FOR OTHER WORK NEEDED.

THIS COMPANY IS FABULOUS. THE SHOWROOM HAS MANY WONDERFUL IDEAS TO VIEW. ALL STYLES OF DOORS AND WOOD WERE ON DISPLAY. THE WORK WAS OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY. THE CABINETS WERE READY ON TIME AND INSTALLED PERFECTLY BY VERY HARDWORKING MEN. WE RECEIVED THE BEST CABINET AVAILABLE AT THE LOWEST PRICE AVAILABLE IN COMPARISON TO OTHER MANUFACTURERS.
