ADR was personable and professional; their employees were very courteous; the job was started when promised and finished in a short time frame. They were careful not to harm any landscaping and cleanup was first class. We would definitely use them again.

Actually, we referred ADR to a relative who has since had a new roof installed, and they are completely satisfied also.

P.S. I don't see why there is a question in your survey about the price? Every roof is a different size, and there are may different roof coverings available - so I prefered not to include a price.

ADR did a great job! Showed up on time and the crew was done in 2 1/2 days. We opted for a 30 year Architectural composition
with a 30 year limited warranty, 15 full years and 15 more limited by IKO. We chose the dual black with grey! It has a high wind warranty of 130 mph. Our roof damage was due to a leak under our living room window due to the factory error of not putting sheathing and flashing around the window. We chose ADR because of 40 years in business in our local area.

Called the owner of the company and he came out 3 hours later. Completed the patch work with materials that were better than I expected. It was a great experience. He will be my roofing point of contact. He is very knowledgeable about his profession; he said he has done this for over 40 years.

The job was done in 3 days. They cleaned up the surrounding area and didn't leave much for us to do.

ADR started on schedule and performed professionally. The owner Steve or his son Shane were on site everyday the work was being done. We went with ADR's estimate, they were comparable with 2 other estimates but added ice and water shield with flashing around entire perimeter and all existing and new skylights which the others did not offer at that price. Work crews showed up on time and on schedule. They left the property clean everyday. The only problem was with the material supplier providing the necessary materials on time which caused a delay in completing the project by a few days. Once material arrived project was completed and we are VERY satisfied with the results. We would recommend ADR as well as use them again. Our new skylights look fantastic and our high profile ridge caps make the roof pop! Our custom home has been upgraded once again!
