In early October my sewer backed up and Curtis with AA Plumbing responded promptly, cleaning it out with a high pressure water jet. Internal visual inspection verified the century old sewer line was compromised by roots. Curtis quoted a price on complete replacement with the cost of the original work coming off the total bill. They arrived when they said they would, and despite needing to move some large boulders from my rockery, did the entire job within two days and put the yard and rockery back together beautifully. We had a party later to put our toilets to the test- everything works perfectly!

They didn't seem that interested in my job.  They were busy, busy...like" how dare I call and want more emergent service"
This was the first time I had ever dealt with a plumbing leak and I was scared that I was going to get a huge bill from the city.
They didn't seem to care.  Fine, I went elsewhere!

AA Plumbing were very responsive.  They were ready to respond immediately.  No service fee or assessment fee.  Walked me through the items I brought up to them.  Provided me with fair and honest assessment.  Fair pricing.  Loved the honesty of Chris and Doug, the technician.
Would use again and would recommend them to friends.

Brandon did an excellent job.  Arrived on time, Quickly assessed the work that needed to be done and estimate of costs, and also provided explanation of additional work that might have to be performed if problems were found with the flooring and sewer line/toilet connection (fortunately none were found).  Brandon was affable and highly efficient, completing the entire project in under 3 hours-including the time spent picking up the new toilet at the warehouse a fair distance from my home.  He was well skilled at the work and did a good job cleaning up after the job was completed.    Those that think the cost ( $800.00) is too high are living in fantasy world.  You get what pay for.  The cost included the new toilet, toilet seat, and water inlet was more than worth it to me.  I've done this kind of repair in the past.  It would have taken me 3 hours just to pick-up the new toilet and I'd still be working on installing it.  I would not hesitate to hire this company in future.

They were super prompt.  I called the day before we actually had service and they were willing to come right out right then.  But I wanted to discuss it with husband so I asked for the next day.  

Brandon called when he was on his way and showed up right on time.  The call was really uneventful because it took maybe an hour all told and he was all done.  He was pleasant to talk to and informative on all matters toilet.  There had been a tiny seeping leak behind the toilet and he installed the new water supply j ust to make sure that it wouldn't keep leaking and I see that it has stopped the seep.

Brandon was very professional. He was top of the line. They reduced their price $400 from their origional estimate. Their estimate was already considerably lower than a competitor. Their work was very thorough. They were flexible with their schedule to meet my needs.

When an unexpected drainage problem popped up in our bathroom, we called Protocol Plumbing (an Angie's List provider that we used previously).  After hearing my description of the problem Erich referred us to Curtis at AA Plumbing because he thought it might involve septic issues, which he doesn't address.  Curtis called back within 30 minutes of my voice mail and Brandon was on the job in less than 2 hours from my call.
Even though during Brandon's assessment, the clog washed away, he went the extra mile to evaluate the cause of the clog, which included going into our crawl space.  He explained the situation with iron pipes (debris catching on rust) and what it would take to update them.  Even though the original clog got dislodged, Brandon explained to us that our clean-out valve was one-directional, leading only to the septic tank, not into the pipes under the house.  Although our pipes are intact, because they're iron and rusty inside it's only a matter of time before debris gets hung up in them again.  So we opted for Brandon to replace the clean-out valve with a bi-directional one and jet clean the pipes.
I cannot say enough about how professional and personable Brandon was. I was impressed that he just didn't pack up and leave when the clog washed away...he took the extra step to assess the cause and provide  pro-active suggestions for prevention and maintenance.  He explained all the plumbing issues in language I could easily understand, discussed options with us, did not appear to be rushed in any way, and worked efficiently and cleanly.  He offered good suggestions for maintenance until we can afford the bigger job of replacing the pipes, and even 'gifted' us with a product that's good for keeping septic tanks and pipes clean (they normally sell this product, but he only had a partially used jar at the time).   Even though Brandon had to uncover the septic lid and dig a hole for the valve, when he left there was not a bit of dirt, piece of bark, or landscaping pebble to pick up after him. 
I am very pleased and impressed with Brandon's service and how he handled all aspects of our job.  No question who will get our next call and referrals.

The company was fantastic. Very easy to work with, responsive, and accountable. Curtis contacted us immediately after we called and dropped everything to get a crew out to take care of a leak and offer an estimate and work plan. His staff were conscientious, courteous and professional every time they came out. They cleaned up their messes and left everything in top shape. We had another sub doing carpentry that was not as professional and Curtis helped us with contacts and making things right.

We will be using this company again for future remodel updates.

I called this company and they quoted 450$ for garbage disposal replacement. AND  he said it takes an hour work only!

They are great. They worked the problem out.

AA Plumbing LLC did a great job!! They had a lot to deal with.  Had to pull down the visquine and all the water soaked
insullation, the guys got soaked as well. No fun for them! They certainly earned thier pay!

They were on time and went directly to work on the line under the house and came upstairs and worked on fixing the faucet. When they discovered there was a leak with the sink baskets they replaced them too. They were done and on their way in less than an hour. They also gave me an estimate in replacing my hot water heater and some of the lead pipes. Excellent choice for any plumbing repairs anyone has.
