Totally unqualified, gave the option to cancel the work, insured me he could do the work. Took days and left ropes on the roof. Had to hire another company to remove the lights.

Jerry is very honest and has the highest integrity. He is trustworthy, straight forward and humble. Customer service is outstanding - a great experience. Accommodating with timing. I highly recommend and plan to use in the near future.
