Savage Roofings estimate was by far better than the other two roofing company's bids that I had done. The workmanship was excellent. There was rot on a portion of my roof, it was replaced with only a slight adjustment to the price I was quoted. I asked to have screens put on my new gutters because I live in a heavily wooded area. I was expecting some kind of screen door mesh. What I received were sturdy metal screens, sturdily attached to the top of the gutters. They seem to be working quite well. Cascade Gutter Inc. far exceeded my expectations. The overall roofing and gutter job was done in less than four days. I could not be more pleased with Savage Roofing. I would recommend them to anyone needing work done on their roof or Gutters.

We had an initial estimate from Savage Roofing on a repair of the loose and missing shingles on our roof. We were expecting to have to replace the entire roof. The initial free estimator said we could have them repaired and that the roof would last a few more years before replacement was necessary. He gave us a quote for replacement of the roof, both in composite and metal roofing. He seemed competent and knew his stuff. However, we had another company coming in a few days to give us a second estimate and we wanted to wait for them before we made a decision on who would do the work. We communicated this to the estimator.
A day or two later, our neighbors told us that their company truck was at our house and there were people on the roof working while we were gone. We called the company and found out that they had come out and repaired the roof without a go ahead for us. The price was reasonable so we paid the bill, but we felt like our privacy was invaded and it made us very uncomfortable that the company would come without an appointment and just do the work, and not even notify us that it had been done afterward. I had to call and ask them about it after the neighbors told us. We felt that this was not a professional way of doing business, and for that reason we would not even ask for a quote from them when we do need the roof replaced. As far as the actual work that was done, the section that they repaired looked professional, they cleaned up their mess very well since we didn't even know they were there, and the cost was a lot lower than we were expecting to pay.

Cascade Gutters did a good job, called back frequently during the project to make sure is was going well and to my satisfaction.

They were good. They had a large enough crew that they were fast about it. They cleaned up well. I've worked with others in the past who didn't clean up well so I was impressed with that. The roof has held up well. They were prompt coming over on the ferry. One of the guys fell off the roof but he was okay. I don't remember the price but it must have been good or we wouldn't have done it. We tried to use them again but they stopped coming to the island.
