Very Badly!!!
I hired this company to redo a bathroom. Terrible experience IMHO!!!!!
The owner Alex does not listen to what you want, as he feels he knows better.
Alex also does not follow the manufacturers installation guidelines, resulting with having to redo the tile floor and in-floor heating.
When the job goes bad Alex does not stand fully behind the consequences of the poor quality work.
When Alex Moreno tried to repair the under floor heating, his workmanship alters the dimensions of the job-site and custom ordered parts no-longer fit, Ales refuses to pay for their replacement!!!
Beware IMHO!!!!! The tile-work done was amateurish at best IMHO!!!! Poorly grouted and crooked, along with a shower pan that is "wavy" and pools water.
The custom glass panel will cost over $500.00 to replace and to redo the floor will cost over $2,000.00 imho.
