Had to ask the contractor to replace a broken tile after installation.  The job was finished well, but I should not have had to ask to get the job completed correctly.

They were excellent. Jim, who's the owner, was prompt and personable. He tried to economize where he could and he didn't cut corners. We discovered a couple of things when he was into the job that needed attention. He did those things promptly and cleanly. His wife did some painting for me. She as well was very tidy and cleaned up afterwards. I was very pleased and in fact sent them a thank you note with their check. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, but I'm not going to because the house that they fixed is up in Anacortes and I live in Seattle. I would highly recommend them. I'm happy that both of them are really good.

Great. The results are very pleasing. We couldn't be happier. This is just one of a long list of improvement projects we have undertaken using Island Home Improvement. Jim and Carolynn are exceptionally easy to work with. Because of the quality of their work, they book up early. So you must plan your projects knowing it will take awhile to get on their calendar. Once your on, they rock and roll. There is no messing around. Very professional.
