This is my second experience with Dirty Deeds Septic Service. Both service calls were excellent. Darren did my pumping and clean out on 3/25/25 and it is worth mentioning him. He did an excellent job and very pleasant and knowledgeable to deal with. I recommend Dirty Deeds for all your septic needs.

I called them in the morning, frantic about the septic problem I woke up to. They sent someone out to check it out (within the hour), and another truck to pump by noon. They are also working with me to get my tank up to snuff and repaired in a timely and informative manner! Goes above and beyond, and is very prompt in responses and scheduling. Offers answers and explanations to any and all questions or concerns. on time and extremely professional. Has very competitive In reasonable pricing. Work performed was a little more than described and promised price was exactly what was promised. You just donâ t find people like this anymore. Hands-down will be the only one I use from now on.

Keith and Sean went above and beyond! Our septic pump went out the day after Thanksgiving. Sean was out the next day to evaluate the situation and once Keith got back from his vacation he went from the airport to work to pick up the truck and then came straight to our place to pump the septic to get a better look. They made sure to stay in contact with us the entire project, even when we had to get an electrician involved. They, by far, are the best septic service on the Island. They will forever have our appreciation and we will continue to be their clients!

Keith at Dirty Deeds Septic is an absolute rockstar! I am Active duty and was on deployment when my septic pump and alarm failed. My wife called me in a panic with water coming out of the lids in the yard at 9pm on a Thursday, two days before our daughters birthday party. I input my info on HomeAdviseor trying to find someone and Keith called me not even 15 minutes later. He was out at my house first thing Friday morning! He assured my wife we would be able have our daughters party that weekend with no septic issues, and he made it happen! He pumped our tank, replaced/upgraded the pump, replaced the control panel, and ran all new wiring. His communication was incredible and it was very affordable. I have and will continue to recommend Dirty deeds to all of my friends and family. I look forward to doing future business with them. Excellent work, communication, and pricing. Compared to the other septic companies we have had experience with over the last 25 years, this was a "dream job." The owner / operator showed up early and equipped with a new tank truck. He introduced himself and got to work immediately .... pointing out to me a piping flaw that might be a problem. After efficiently pumping out our tank and cleaning the filter, he went "the extra mile" and checked and cleaned our distribution box. We are happy to "sing his praises!"
