Home Building
We started with ideas and rough sketches. We then interviewed a number of contractors, and settled on five that we asked to bid on the project. We selected Cline Construction and Design as our contractor. They didn't provide the lowest or highest bid, but it was by far the most detailed. You could tell a great deal of time was spent on the bid. Additionally, we felt quite comfortable working with Wes Cline. The project started on time, and for the most part things happened as scheduled, (Building on an island presents unique problems). Wes and all his sub-contractors were very easy to work with, and completely unflappable. If you had questions there was always time for the who, what, why, where and when of the operation. We were very impressed with the attention to detail shown in all phases of construction. The home was completed on time and within budget (with the exception of those additions requested by my wife during construction). Great job Wes!
