+ -1 moreI booked this online through Angieslist. Ìf I booked through company directly, ìt would've cost $110. There was confusion about payment. He asked for $110 and I told him I had already paid on Angieslist. When booking on Angieslist the date of service was entered. I expected a confirmation call and didn't get one. So I wrote to Angieslist and got company's phone number. Not business like on phone with answers like "hugh and yeah" making you wonder. How ever, Jim showed up on time and worked continously for 2 hours. He was professional and did a good job. He left a touch up spray bottle.
Description of Work: Vacuumed entire house, moved furniture, sprayed citrosolution, vacuumed again, reset furniture. Left touch uo spray bottle.

+ 0 moreHe was right on time and charged me LESS than he quoted over the phone. He worked quickly and the carpets looked and smelled great when he was finished. He even left a spray bottle of the orange cleaner to use in the future! I highly recommend Citrusolution!!

One nice thing that happened is he gives you a free bottle of cleaning solution for stop cleaning and removing stains and he offers to come back for free every time you run out.

+ -1 moreThe company is located in Oak Harbor so Jim had to drive over an hour to our home. He was on time and friendly. The work took three hours. The first sign that he was working was the wonderful citrus smell. When he was finished, the carpets looked brand new.
Description of Work: Jim cleaned the carpets in three bedrooms, the walk in closet, the family room, and two sets of stairs.
