I have been using them for decades. You couldn't do any better.

They knew which type of oil to use and called with list of other problems. They diagnosed my card problems correctly. We have use them for three of our cars. They are accurate and don't over diagnosis to get your money. We trust this business.

I thought they were very thorough but did only work that needed to be done. The work was done well.  They are thorough and professional and provided a good explanation of why the work needed to be done, including photos of the area or part that needed repair.  The only minor issue was having to wait until the next morning for them to get new battery but it was a minor inconvenience.

The aging vacuum line needed a patch. They have a 2yr parts and labor warranty. After 18 months a rebuilt A/C they installed in my Chev S-10 failed. No questions asked...they just replaced it no cost!

I was purchasing a SUV off of Craigslist in Anacortes. I had Anacortes Automotive do the inspection for me. I thought the price was fair and they squeezed me in right away. With the issues they found with the vehicle, they gave me timeline of when to get them done. Some right away but said others could wait but they would need to be done. This was helpful in budgeting for the repairs. Also, they did not pressure me into any of the work being done immediately or by them.

I had recently moved from NY to WA and needed to purchase a used car. Based on a favorable Angie's List review, I called Anacortes Automotive and asked them to assist me. They were very helpful and identified a potential serious problem on the 1st car I brought in. This advice probably saved me several thousand dollars and I didn't buy the car. The 2nd car was in much better condition and I look forward to working with them in the future.

I took the car in at 8 AM and they said it would be completed by 2 PM. The car was done on time as stated and they picked me up at home in there courtesy car. During the visit it was suggested that I have the oil pan gasket replaced on my next oil change due to a small leak. The service technicians are professional, do quality work and I feel the price is fair. I will continue to use them to service my car and truck.

My experience with Anacortes Automotive has been very good. My wife had a good experience with them, as well. They are technically very competent. Their charges are reasonable. They've been located here for about 15 or 20 years. They're quite reliable.

fair. My wife took the car in and didn't feel like the person she dealt with was very understanding in her requests for time estimates. She was caring for our granddaughter and didn't want to have her wait in the lobby or have to cart her around without knowing when our car would be ready. I also asked him to check the shocks. I don't think he did as there is still a vibration from the rear of the car that very much feels like a ailed shock absorber.

Initially it was a neighbor who recommended him. Overall he does a good job.

They are AAA approved. It's a very clean dealership. They always seem to fix what they are assigned to fix and they don't overcharge. I use them on a regular basis.

They've been real good to me over the past 10 years. Their training is pretty extensive. Jeff is first class and I've had good experiences with him. I had bounced around seeral shops over 30 years and talked with Tom T who hosts a radio show and he said Jeff was the best. You get what you pay for.

I have had several services done from them. They are my guys. They keep my old car going well. They do not do work that is not needed. If it is a loose screw, they do not try to fix something else. I have spent several hundred dollars on them. I spent $29 the last time I used them. I have used a lot of mechanics, and these guys are excellent. They do cost a little more, but they are worth it. Their quality is excellent. They do the work on time. They are very professional as well. I will be using them in the future. I will recommend them to others, too.

I spent $100 during my last visit with them. I would use them again in the future.
